No roast dinner is complete with out these deliciously fluffy masterpieces
INGREDIENTS
150g Plain flour
150ml milk
2 eggs
pinch salt
EQUIPMENT
Mixing bowl or blender
Whisk(if using mixing bowl)
Muffin tin
Cooking oil or Lard
METHOD
1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl or blender and combine.
2. Leave to rest for 1 hour before starting to cook.
3. preheat oven to 220°c/200°c fan
4. Put the lard or cooking oil in each of the muffin tin cavities enough to cover the bottom of each hole.
5. Place muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes until the oil is very hot.
6. Take the tray out of the oven and quickly pour the Yorkshire pudding mixture into the cavities so that the mixture is 2/3 of the way to the top.
7.Place back in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Importantly DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR until 20 minutes is up.


This recipe makes 9 Yorkshire puddings depending on the size of your muffin tin.
